At Presage, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages Presage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier or reach out to us at aiyanda@shoptrivox.com and we will do our best to assist you.
